You deal with us the whole way, start to finish.

It depends on your business, the asset, and the lender. We've arranged everything from small equipment loans to large commercial facilities. We can low doc (no financials) up to 500K and full doc up to 5M per facility. Tell us what you're after and we'll tell you what's realistic.
The longest process is the first information capture and providing required documents, this typically takes 5-15 minutes. I then handle the rest.
Pre-approvals can be done in as little as 1 hour, but typically take 24-48 hours. Settlement follows shortly after.
We don't charge for our time, conversation, credit check, financial review etc. There is no upfront cost, we are only paid once the loan has settled and like banks, dealerships or other brokerages our fees are included as part of the loan.

Our approach is built to protect your credit score wherever possible. The initial assessment is a soft check, it can be done 100 times and not affect your credit file at all. We only move to a formal enquiry once we've shown you suitable options and you've agreed on one. That step is unavoidable, but because we've already matched you to the right lender, we avoid the damage that comes from shopping your application around to multiple lenders and racking up hard enquiries.
A pre-approval is an agreement to fund you, based on an early look at your situation. It tells you how much you can likely borrow and on what terms, so you can shop with confidence. It can make or break a deal since funding is ready.
Most last around 30 to 90 days and can usually be refreshed if they lapse.
For example: If you are pre-approved for $100,000 to purchase a new vehicle and find one for $40,000. Your loan amount is only $40,000. Your pre-approval would require adjustment if the agreed asset has changed e.g purchasing a 2016 vehicle compared to the agreed new.
